Tutoring is allowing dreams to become reality
Through learning people are able to open new doors not just in school but at work, at home, and in their hobbies.
I Read.
Decoding words and letters can be a challenge for some especially if you have dyslexia or other reading disorders. We take those challenges and teach students the way to decode words so they make since. Once students learn how to decode words reading becomes fun!
I Write.
Once you are able to read writting becomes easier and focusing on spelling rules to help decode words helps make better spellers. we also focus on cursive writig allowing people to learn and acheive new goals.
Need Confidence?
Learning with our successful program helps build confidence as we take smal lsteps to acheive the goals. Students are meet with short term ealistic goals that creat the confidence they need to be successful.
Flexible Scheduling
We work with you to make things happen. It is best for students to meet two times a week or more to gain ground.

My Story
I have always enjoyed teaching people. I noticed a need in the community first with a high school friend of mine whose son was struggling in school. We started using the Barton program and helped him gain the confidence he needed to learn to read and spell. He is now graduated from High school and working for a public utility company. I continued to pick up students and expanded my tutoring and student advocacy to include all ages of students even adults. Tutoring is a very rewarding job as you see the struggles and the accomplishments that each student achieves.
